Master Swim
A US Master Swim program provides a resource for adults to receive organized workout plans from certified USMS coaches. Participants will receive expert coaching on how to improve their swimming and overall fitness and health.
Participants must be able to swim a 500 yard freestyle without stopping. This is not a program for beginner swimmers.
